National Fire Services Games Association (India) have undertaken to organize and conduct Inaugural Indian Fire Services Games, 2018. These games shall be conducted under the aegis of Directorate of Civil Defence, Home Guards and Fire Services, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi. These games shall be held from February 02-04 February, 2018 at National Fire Services College and Divisional Sports Complex Nagpur, Maharashtra.

More than 60,000 persons are working in Fire services in Central/State Governments, Central/State Public Sector Undertakings, Municipal Corporations/Bodies and Private Sector. Proposed Indian Fire Services Games, 2018 would be an exceptional opportunity for professionals from around the country to compete in these games in the spirit of comradeship and camaraderie.

Participation is open to Fire departments of Central Government, all States of the Union, all Union Territories, organizations and institutions having Fire services & Fire departments which come under Central Government organizations/State Governments, Public Sector Units, Defence Forces, Municipal Corporations/Bodies, Civil Aviation, and Private Sector. Events would be a healthy mix of competitive and fun and frolic games.

Ms Meenakshi Dy Director Tamil Nadu Fire Service participated in WPFG 2017 and won bronze medal.

Mr. Narendra Singh Sehrawat LFM participated in WPFG and won gold medal.

Mr. P.K. Rao Director U.P. Fire Service with golf team members in WPFG 2013 Belfast, Northern Ireland, U.K.
